Deliveries

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days of ordering. Length of time of arrival should be within 1-7 days in the UK after dispatch., depending on the item.

International deliveries may take longer. Please contact us for special requirements and to discuss access arrangements: john@thedesigngallery.com

The Design Gallery cannot be held responsible if an item of furniture or other delivery cannot gain access to, or does not fit in its intended space.

All items are professionally packed using recycled materials where available.

We are happy to supply quotations for UK and international shipping.  You are also very welcome to come and collect your order from our showroom by prior arrangement – please email us if you’d like to do this. Our showroom and warehouse are at Starborough Farm, Marsh Green, Edenbridge, KentTN8 5RB. We are located 5 minutes’ drive from Lingfield, Surrey; 15 minutes from East Grinstead, West Sussex and Edenbridge, Kent. 

The customer is responsible for the payment of any customs duties and other taxes and import charges. 

Insurance

Items will be insured for the correct value for loss and damage, this will be included in any shipping costs.

The Design Gallery is not liable for damage or other costs associated with customer collections or customer’s third party couriers.
