Kenneth Jay Lane rare Frogs Necklace 1960s to 1970s – SOLD

A very rare Kenneth Jay Lane Necklace from one of his earliest collections of the 1960s to 1970s. The signature indicates that this piece was sold only in Saks Fifth Avenue. Very good condition with minor rubbing. This design was inspired by Pre-Columbian jewellery. Kenneth Lane was friends with many celebrities during his lifetime and designed remarkable costume jewellery for them. These stars included Diana Vreeland, Liza Minnelli, Elizabeth Taylor, Babe Paley and Barbara Bush.
