Description
Robert Mouseman Thompson Burr Oak Table and six Lattice back oak Chairs. Oval pedestal base “D-end” table to seat six people. Six chairs with lattice backs and leather seats. Due to the oval shape the table can take a cosy eight chairs but is best as a six seater. Excellent condition.
This is a rare table made with one solid piece of burr oak, the most sought- after of the oak Mouseman used. This size in one piece would have required an exceptional tree to provide this top. The top measures approximately 5cm, 2″ so it very thick.
